- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I went to Protyre Eastleigh to get my tracking sorted. After waiting an hour for it to be done, I was told it was ready. On driving home i noticed something was very wrong, I had to hold the steering wheel at a 20 degree angle to the right to go in a straight line. I returned the next day, and waited another hour while they looked at it. On driving home, the steering wheel was still wonky, this time 10 degrees to the left. I put up with this for a while, but then took it to a wheel alignment specialist in Southampton. I was told that Protyre had got it very wrong, and as well as the wonky steering wheel, it had caused my tyres to start wearing unevenly. Within 10 minutes this specialist had got the tracking spot on, with a perfectly straight steering wheel. I will always use this specialist for tracking from now on, and not waste my time or money with Protyre again.By Admin, June 22, 2018
